Our Group manages a large number of framework agreements with commercial and industrial companies, to meet their needs in a wide range of fields.

This management is centralized at our group's national headquarters. It is ensured by a high-performance IT tool that is constantly evolving to meet our needs.

Group headquarters, members, framework agreement managers and families all have their own personalized access to our network, enabling them to manage or monitor the progress of successive operations.

Headquarters:

Our staff are permanently on site to enter and check information, monitor data, calculate quotations, plan and monitor operations, invoice, manage cash flow and, if necessary, manage and monitor after-sales service.

Members :

They are involved in all the technical aspects of the operation, including technical inspections of furniture and building sites, and the planning and execution of removal operations.

Customers :

For each contract, the client can monitor the files of its employees and access various statistics. They can also consult the summary of quality surveys completed by their employees.

Families :

They have an access code that enables them to track their file, make their declaration of value online, fill in their quality survey, and so on.
