A key contact: the team leader

On the day of the move, our team leader will meet you. He will give you a copy of the "consignment note" that you have signed beforehand. This regulatory document must follow your move and be present on board the vehicle for the duration of the operation.

Don't forget that your presence is mandatory for both the move-in and the move-out (Art.11 of our General Sales Conditions).

In the event of your absence, you must complete the "Mandat de representation au profit d'une tierce personne" form, which allows you to appoint a third party to carry out contractual and regulatory formalities on your behalf. In principle, this mandate appears on one of the copies of the "Lettre de Voiture", but it can also be written on plain paper.

We kindly ask you to isolate all the objects, papers, keys and medication you wish to keep with you before our movers arrive. As soon as they arrive, inform our team leader of the location of these special items to avoid accidental packing during the work.

Our team leader is responsible for the physical execution of your move. You can consult him at any time during the operation. He is our representative in your dealings with us.
