Because meeting our customers' expectations has always been our priority, we wanted to demonstrate our responsiveness to them by transitioning our Quality and Environmental Management System to the new versions of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards released in September 2015, as early as March 2016.

Our head office and subsidiaries are certified ISO 9001 v2015, ISO 14001 v2015 and ISO 45001 v2018 by APAVE BCS Certification ( COFRAC accredited body). The head office is also ISO 26000 certified by Evolve certification.
In the absence of any significant risk of accidental pollution, our aim is to provide our services in such a way as to prevent and control as far as possible the impact of our activity on the environment. This is reflected in our commitment to reducing waste and wastage, and in our use of IT and communication tools.
For several years now, our group has been developing its own internal management tool, enabling us to digitize all commercial exchanges with our customers and members. This tool has enabled us to divide our paper consumption by 3 in 9 years. We're continuing with the digitization of our administrative processes.
Since 2017, our ISO 14001 certification has been extended to the entire Les Gentlemen du Déménagement network. In addition to the individual targets that each of our members has set themselves, our aim is to reduce our consumption of paper, water, electricity and fuel by 5%.
In 2023, our subsidiary Combidem Transports saved 8,500 tonnes of CO2 thanks to combined rail/road transport.
