Everything went exactly as planned: - the technical visit was very precise and professional, Mr Flament answered all our questions and gave us lots of useful information - the quotation was sent on time and included all the elements we had discussed (of the 3 companies we contacted, you were the only ones to take our discussions into account) - the moving date was booked well in advance and Mrs Belbel was very available - loading went very smoothly, with a large team of 4 very professional and attentive people, no misdirections or breakages were to be deplored, and everything went very quickly - the arrival was on time, and the unloading team was also very professional and helpful.
